I think that this is a very professional letter from a manufacturing company. I like how it has the information at the top, it clearly states who it is from, and the letter is very formal. Although the letter is slightly short, it gets the point across well and it has a very professional look to it. There is not much contrast in this, except for the black against the white. The repetition is very prominent because the letter states where it's came from many times. The alignment in this is very good, and the proximity is good as well

This is another professional letter that I have found. I like that it has their emblem at the top of the letter to show that is is from Denver Public Schools. The contrast again is just the black against the white, and the repetition is not really there. However, the alignment is done very well and looks very professional and the proximity of it all looks really good.

The last professional letter that I have found was this letter from Lakewood Head Start. The contrast is pretty obvious here with the emblem having the different colors against the white paper. The repetition being used is also prominent by having the hand and emblem down at the bottom of the page and the start so you know who the letter is from. As in all of these letters the alignment and proximity of the letter are very well and professionally done.

For my draft I wrote a letter acting as President Soltz to the parents and guardians of the school community. I provided them with my findings of my clue project to help guide their children into choosing the right age group to teach just for them.
